Vendors are experiencing difficulties logging into the F&O (Vendor Collaboration) system after registering through the vendor registration portal. Specific error messages may include exceptions related to email not being found during the workflow processing.
Reason:
The underlying cause of the login issues may relate to workflow processing errors during the vendor onboarding process, particularly when inviting users for vendor onboarding.
Resolution:
- Verify if the vendor registration was completed successfully and that the vendor's email address is correctly entered in the system.
- Check the workflow settings to ensure that the email notifications are configured properly and that the email ID associated with the vendor is valid and exists in the system.
- If the issue persists, confirm whether the problem can be replicated in a standard environment without any customizations.
- Gather information on the frequency of the error and the number of transactions impacted during a specific period.
- Determine if the issue is observed only in the production environment or also in the test environment.
- Confirm the application version and CU/PU version details of the environment where the issue is occurring.
- If necessary, engage with the technical support team to further investigate the workflow processing and resolve any identified issues.
