What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing issues with price adjustments and trade agreements in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, specifically related to the behavior of different pricing mechanisms.


Reason:

  • Bug 933938: “##### report” & “##### list” showing incorrect data for trade agreements.
  • Bug 937348: Wrong active sales price calculation in print shelf label.
Resolution:
  1. Disable the flight “RetailPricingDisableGet#####TradeAgreementsBySearchCriteriaFlight” in the affected environments to mitigate this.
  2. Confirm that the Allow price adjustment checkbox is selected in the sales trade agreement settings to ensure price adjustments are included in the final unit price.
  3. When importing order lines, avoid setting any price information to ensure that trade agreements are applied correctly.
  4. For further testing, provide the environment ID where the flight needs to be disabled.
