- If a customer is unable to download the files before expiration, they should request the support team to reissue new download links.
- The support team will provide new download links that are valid for another 24 hours.
- Customers should ensure to download the files promptly after receiving the new links to avoid expiration issues again.
- If the customer encounters issues accessing the links due to network restrictions, they should inform the support team for further assistance.
