What’s happening?
The "BEST PRICE" is not displaying the correct price for the customer/item combination entered on the Find prices form. Instead, it is picking the price from the item master.
Reason:
This is related to the system's handling of trade agreements. The system is not fetching the correct trade agreement price for the specified customer/item combination, leading to the display of prices from the item master instead.
Resolution:
- Verify the trade agreement prices to ensure they are active and applicable to the customer/item combination in question.
- Test with new trade agreement values to see if the correct price is displayed.
- Confirm if the price in the trade agreement is expired; if so, check for any active trade agreements that should apply.
- If the issue persists after testing with an active trade agreement, further investigation may be required to determine if this is a design limitation or a standard application error.
