What’s happening?
The batch job for order invoices (sales invoice posting) is terminating abnormally without generating logs, making it difficult to identify the cause.


Reason:
The investigation revealed that the Batch AOS running the batch job experienced a memory shortage and crashed during execution times. This was identified as the likely cause of the abnormal termination.


Resolution:

  • Review the customization and data volume of the processes consuming significant memory.
  • Adjust the execution conditions of the high-load processes to prevent memory shortages.
