What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing an issue where the YUZU value storage is showing a balance of 0.
Reason:
This could not be reproduced on standard, as the warehouse without on-hand inventory will not display a value in the inventory report. It was noted that this did not occur before a specific date and was found to have happened after a customization was deployed.
Resolution:
- The customer should check if there are any on-hand items existing for the warehouse in question.
- It is recommended to review the environment history for any recent customizations that may have impacted the inventory value display.
