What’s happening?
The customer requires a process to generate a report of last login information for all active users in the F&O system and users accessing via the {ADDRESSPII} App. This report is needed on a monthly basis as part of periodic operations.
Reason:
There is no standard report available to generate the last login information for users accessing via F&O and the {ADDRESSPII} App. The information needs to be tracked through the Azure portal.
Resolution:
- Users are advised to track the last login information through the Azure portal.
- It is suggested to post requirements in the Microsoft ideas portal for consideration by the product team based on voting and business impact.
