What’s happening?
The client is experiencing an issue where, after integrating a PowerApp into the shipment form, they are required to re-enter their credentials each time they log in. Additionally, after adding the app, the routing email needs to be re-entered upon refreshing the page.
 

Reason:
This is identified as a customer error where the user is not saving the view after adding the app. The "Standard view" has an asterisk next to it, indicating unsaved changes.
 

Resolution:

  • Ensure that the user saves the view after adding the PowerApp to the shipment form.
  • Confirm that the user is present in the Microsoft Entra ID tenant and that the telemetry ID of the user in finance and operations aligns with the object ID in Microsoft Entra ID. If they do not match, delete and re-import the user.
  • Check for duplicate entries in the system for the user. If multiple users share the same telemetry ID, ensure there is only one entry for that user in the environment, or ensure all users with the same telemetry ID have a consistent enabled state.
