What’s happening?
In the grid view of the default order settings, the "Stopped" item under the "Sales" tab is not editable, while it can be edited in the detailed view.
Reason:
The behavior of the "Stopped" item being non-editable in the grid view is considered to be by design.
Resolution:
- It is recommended to switch to the detailed view to edit the "Stopped" item.
- If customization is necessary to enable editing in the grid view, it is advised to proceed with customization as this functionality is not supported in the current design.
