What’s happening?
Customers encounter an error message stating, "The file xxx.xls has not been attached to the email as it exceeds the maximum size (10MB) for attachments," when attempting to create an Inventory Adjustments file.
Reason:
This arises due to the configured maximum attachment size limit of 10MB in the email settings.
Resolution:
To resolve this, the following steps should be taken: - Increase the attachment size limit by adjusting the relevant email parameters in the system configuration. - Ensure that the changes are saved and then test the functionality by attempting to send an attachment that exceeds the previous limit.
