What’s happening?
The Purchase Order number sequence has skipped numbers, resulting in gaps within the sequence.


Reason:
In the number sequence setup, if the continuous option has been disabled. The system may skip numbers when this option is not enabled.


Resolution:

  1. Verify the number sequence setup to ensure that the continuous option is enabled if uninterrupted numbering is required.
