What’s happening?
The customer is unable to validate multiple work lines simultaneously before completing the work. When multiple lines are selected, the Validate button is greyed out.
Reason:
The inability to validate multiple work lines at the same time is a current limitation of the system, which is by design.
Resolution:
- It is confirmed that the system is designed to allow validation of only one line at a time.
