What’s happening?
The customer encounters an error message stating, "001150 is not a registered worker or is not valid" when attempting to validate a rebate contract in the system.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this is that the employee associated with the logged-in user is linked to a different entity, which is not valid for the current operation.
Resolution:
- Remove the association of the logged-in user with the employee from the unrelated entity.
- Register a new association with the correct entity for the logged-in user.
- After making these changes, re-attempt the validation of the rebate contract, which should process successfully.
