What’s happening?
The date and time columns are stuck displaying in a 24-hour format instead of the desired 12-hour format with AM and PM indicators.


Reason:
This appears to be related to user-specific settings, as it was noted that only one user was experiencing this problem despite checking all possible user preferences.


Resolution:

  • This was resolved by deleting and recreating the user's account, which allowed the date and time format to display correctly in the desired 12-hour format.
