Reason:
In the system, items that are already packed into containers at the packing location can still be considered by the automated reallocation process when it is activated for a work exception. The automated reallocation process uses location directives to determine if the goods are available at another location and updates the work accordingly.

To resolve this, exclude the packing location from the location directives. This adjustment will prevent items already packed into containers from being considered by the automated reallocation process.
