What’s happening?
Access is required for users to maintain and manage cases and case categories, specifically to view the case category hierarchy and subcategories.


Reason:
The user may not have the necessary privileges assigned to view the complete case category hierarchy. Additionally, there may be instances where the case category has not been published, preventing visibility.


Resolution:

  1. Ensure that the user has the appropriate roles and privileges assigned, including but not limited to:
  2. Product Design Manager
  3. Roles that provide cross-departmental authority for creating new cases.
  4. Verify if the case category has been published. If it has not been published, instruct the user to publish the case category to enable visibility.
  5. If the user is still unable to see the case categories after the above steps, review the request for additional privileges and test from the user's end to confirm access.
