The customer inquired whether a specific issue should have been resolved in their current product version.
Reason:
This was related to a bug that was resolved in version 10.0.40, which was available through enabling a specific flight.
Resolution:
- Confirm whether the flight CredExcludeSalesOrderValueCopyFromCustTableToInterCompanySOFlight can be enabled on the customer's sandbox environment for testing.
- Inform the customer that the flight is a temporary solution and will be removed when the update is applied.
- If the issue persists after enabling the flight, further investigation may be required to determine the cause.
