What’s happening?
When navigating to Production control - Manufacturing execution and activities - Production jobs, clicking on the identification field results in an empty Production order form being opened.
Reason:
The behavior of displaying an empty Production order form when using process manufacturing (formulas) is acknowledged as a feature limitation It has been determined that this behavior is normal for cases where process manufacturing is utilized, as no production order details are associated with the Job identification through that menu.
Resolution:
- It is important to note that if you are using process manufacturing (formulas), the Production order form may appear blank, as this is expected behavior.
