The customer is seeking guidance on how to enable the High Priority functionality in the Time and Attendance module for the card terminal, specifically when using Operations Scheduling.
Reason:
The High Priority functionality appears to be primarily available for Job Scheduling. There was uncertainty regarding its availability for Operations Scheduling, which required confirmation from the Time and Attendance Product Manager.

Resolution:
To enable the High Priority functionality when using Operations Scheduling, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the Production Order Defaults are set up for Operations Scheduling.
2. Navigate to the Production Order Route.
3. Access the Production Control menu.
4. Go to Periodic Tasks and then Manufacturing Execution.
5. Select the Job List from the menu. 6. Click on "Make High Priority."
7. Ensure to mouse over and click "Submit Sequence" to finalize the changes.
This process should allow the High Priority setting to be visible in the Production Floor Execution interface.
