What’s happening?
User not able to receive PO/PR email notifications after the email configuration has been set up to Microsoft Graph. The user previously used Exchange and inquired whether it needs to be disabled.
Reason:
The Email distributor batch job did not run correctly, which resulted in the failure to send email notifications.
Resolution:
- Recreate a new Email distributor batch job and ensure it runs.
- Set the recurrence for the Email distributor batch job to run every minute, ensuring it never ends.
- Confirm if the admin can send test emails successfully in the Email Parameters form.
- Check for any errors in the email history.
