What’s happening?
When attempting to ship an outbound transfer order, the 'Ship All' button does not provide a location to be selected. This issue was observed after upgrading to a newer version of the system.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this is related to a known bug that affects the display of available locations when the 'Ship All' button is selected. The bug has been identified as Bug 988563, which states that when processing inbound/outbound orders, the 'Ship All'/'Receive All' functionality does not display the available locations in the dialog.
Resolution:
- Ensure that a value is set for the "User Location Profile" in the warehouse management parameters. If a location profile does not exist, create one. This will allow locations without a location profile ID to appear.
- The fix ensures that even if the "User Location Profile" is not set in the warehouse management parameters, the locations without a location profile ID can still show in the Point of Sale (POS).
- If the issue persists, it is recommended to reach out to the product team for further assistance, as they are actively working on resolving the bug.
