What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues where reports are not updating, and Datalake is showing timeout errors when attempting to query tables using Azure Synapse.
 

Reason:
This appears to be related to the semantic models not functioning correctly after updates to the Dynamics Finance and Operations environment. This has resulted in timeout errors when accessing tables in Microsoft Fabric, and the presence of an "unidentified" folder containing tables that were not previously there.
 

Resolution:

  • Verify if the tables are in CSV format.
  • Check the environment ID and organization ID to ensure they are correctly configured.
  • Investigate any recent changes made to the Dynamics Finance and Operations environment, particularly those related to printing labels.
  • Confirm if the issue is affecting all users in the organization or just specific ones.
