What’s happening?
The "Favorite contacts" section in the Sales order processing and inquiry form does not behave worker-specific, meaning that added contacts are visible to all workers, regardless of the worker selected in the upper right corner of the form.
 

Reason:
The behavior of the "Favorite contacts" section is by design, as confirmed by the product team.
 

Resolution:

  • It has been confirmed that the current functionality is intended and not an error. Therefore, no changes will be made to this feature.
  • For any further requirements or suggestions regarding this functionality, it is recommended to submit the request through the Ideas portal, which allows customers to influence future software development.
