What’s happening?
When performing activities on the shop floor, after changing the job status to complete and reporting progress, there is an unnecessary step to adjust the material that needs to be removed.
Reason:
The system is configured to include an "Adjust Material" step even after the job status has been marked as complete.
Resolution:
- Navigate to Production control > Setup > Manufacturing execution > Configure production floor execution.
- Locate the Report progress fast tab.
- Set Enable adjust material to No.
- Test the scenario to confirm that the "Adjust Material" step is bypassed when reporting progress.
