What’s happening?
The customer requires the ability to display external notes on the picking list within the system.
Reason:
The functionality to display external notes was previously disabled due to a killswitch that needed to be disabled to allow the feature to function properly.
Resolution:
- The flight requested by the customer was enabled in conjunction with the product team to allow the use of notes on the picking list.
- Ensure that the necessary changes are promoted to the production environment as per the previous requests and confirmations.
