What’s happening?
The Inventory Value storage report is not displaying certain transactions that are present in the General Ledger for the same date range. Specifically, transactions with a TRANSBEGINTIME of one date and a TRANSDATE of the previous date are missing from the report.

Reason:
This arises because the Inventory Value storage report is utilizing the Transbegintime field to display data, which may lead to discrepancies when transactions have different begin times and transaction dates.

Resolution:

  1. Verify the transactions in the inventValueReportTmpLine table to identify any discrepancies between the Inventory Value storage report and the General Ledger.
  2. Check the parameters used for running the Inventory Value storage report to ensure they align with the expected transaction dates and times.
  3. If discrepancies persist, consider adjusting the report parameters to run by Posting Date instead of Transaction Time to capture all relevant transactions.
  4. If the report continues to show missing vouchers, restart the AOS (Application Object Server) to apply any recent configuration changes that may affect report generation.
  5. Re-run the report after the AOS restart and check if the missing vouchers appear in the report. If they do not, further investigation may be required to identify underlying issues.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, additional assistance from a support engineer with experience in General Ledger issues may be necessary.
