What’s happening?
The child item information is not displayed in the manufacturing order explosion screen after the order is released.
 

Reason:
This arises when the scheduling settings for "finite materials" are not configured correctly. Specifically, if the "finite materials" setting is not set to "yes," the child item information will not appear in the explosion screen.
 

Resolution:

  1. Navigate to the production management parameters:
  2. Click on [Production Management] > [Settings] > [Production Management Parameters].
  3. Check the scheduling method.
  4. Click on [Production Management] > [Periodic Tasks] > [Scheduling] > [Operation Scheduling].
  5. Set the "finite materials" option to "yes" and click "Set as my default."
  6. Confirm if the child item information is now displayed in the explosion screen after performing the above steps.
