What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing limitations when attempting to export data, specifically encountering issues with the maximum number of rows that can be exported.
Reason:
One user reported that they could not export more than 25,000 rows of data, despite the setting for the maximum number of rows to export being configured to one million.
Resolution:
To set the maximum number of rows to export, follow these steps: 1. Navigate to System administration. 2. Go to Setup. 3. Select Client performance options. 4. Locate the Maximum number of rows to export setting and adjust it as needed (the maximum appears to be one million). 5. If issues persist, clear the browser cache and the F&O usage data, and test the export functionality again.
