What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing an issue in the Telemarketing module where, upon selecting a call list and canceling a record from the action pane, other records disappear unexpectedly.

Reason:
The underlying cause of this is identified as a bug in the system.

Resolution:
To address this, the following workaround is recommended until a permanent fix is implemented: 1. From the Call List form, select the target name. 2. Click on the status and apply the desired status. 3. Add the reason for the status change. 4. Confirm the action as shown in the provided documentation.
This workaround allows the status to be updated without encountering the same disappearing records behavior. Further investigation and a fix request have been submitted to the Product Team for resolution of the bug.
