What’s happening?
Some users are unable to filter their Sales Responsible column on all sales quotation forms after migrating from on-premises to the cloud. An error message is displayed, affecting multiple users with the same roles.

Reason:
The underlying cause of this is related to user settings and personalization that may not have been properly configured after the migration.

Resolution:
To resolve this, follow these steps: 1. Reset the user's usage data. 2. Delete the personalization on the All Sales Order page. 3. Refresh the page and try to set the filter again.
Additionally, it is recommended to ensure that the environment is upgraded to the latest version available to avoid any unsupported issues.
