What’s happening?
The Azure Data Explorer F&O dashboard is unable to show any data.
Reason:
This may be related to the configuration of the Slow Query dashboard, which requires specific telemetry settings to be enabled.
Resolution:
- Verify if the dashboard templates have been imported correctly as per the documentation provided by the Fasttrack team.
- Check if there are any connection errors in the dashboards.
- For the Slow Query dashboard, ensure that the flight SysMonitoringAndTelemetrySlow is turned on to allow the telemetry data to be pushed to the application insights.
- It is recommended to enable this setting in a sandbox environment for testing. If it works properly, proceed to enable it in the production environment.
- Confirm the sandbox environment ID that is integrated with application insights for further troubleshooting.
