What’s happening?
There is a difference between the users with System Administrator access visible in the application UI and those that can be extracted from the user tables.
Reason:
The users in question are preconfigured system accounts that are essential for the operation of the application. These accounts are not intended to be deleted and may not appear in the standard user view.
Resolution:
- Review the documentation regarding preconfigured system accounts, specifically the "Preconfigured system accounts - Finance & Operations" documentation from Microsoft. This documentation explains the purpose and use cases for these accounts.
- Confirm that the accounts in question (IAPAPP, FRSERVICEUSER, DATASYNCFRAMEWORKAPP, ARCHIVESERVICEAPP) are listed as preconfigured system accounts and understand their significance in the system.
- Ensure that these accounts are not deleted or modified, as they are critical for system functionality.
