Customers are seeking detailed steps for purchasing and deploying additional environments through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
 

Reason:
The inquiry arises from the need to understand the process of adding new environments in addition to existing ones.
 

Resolution:

  1. For purchasing an additional environment, customers should consult their sales representative, Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), or Licensing Service Reseller (LSP) for detailed procedures.
  2. Once the license purchase is completed for the additional environment, a new sandbox slot will appear in the environment list within the Lifecycle Services (LCS) project, allowing for the construction of the new environment.
