What’s happening?
Customers are unable to delete organization users from Lifecycle Services (LCS) after they have been automatically added when accessing LCS through Office 365.
 

Reason:
Users are automatically added to LCS when they access it via Office 365, and according to the established guidelines, these users cannot be deleted from the organization user list.
 

Resolution:

  • It is confirmed that users added to LCS from Office 365 cannot be deleted.
  • However, if necessary, users can be removed or disabled from Office 365, which will prevent them from logging into or using LCS.
  • For any feature requests or changes regarding this functionality, customers are encouraged to submit their feedback through the Ideas platform, where they can request future enhancements directly to the development team.
