What’s happening?
The customer encountered an error while stamping CFDI using the batch service, resulting in an exception during the HTTP request to the service endpoint. The error message indicated issues with the server certificate configuration and connection closure by the remote host.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this was related to the server certificate not being configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case, as well as a potential mismatch of the security binding between the client and the server.
Resolution:
This was resolved by using a new endpoint provided by the partner Interfactura. If further issues arise, it is recommended to check deployment logs for any errors and ensure that the server certificate and security bindings are correctly configured.
