What’s happening?
Customers seek clarification on the "End of support for unregistered Microsoft Account and external users," particularly regarding the need for further actions related to user accounts created using the Import user option in Microsoft Entra ID.
Reason:
The changes related to the feature deprecation indicate that users not registered as members or guests in the Microsoft Entra ID tenant will no longer have access to Finance and Operations applications.
Resolution:
- If all users in the Production and T2 sandboxes have been created using the Import user option (which imports users from Microsoft Entra ID), these users should already be part of the Microsoft Entra ID tenant, and no further action is required.
- To identify users who are not part of the Microsoft Entra ID tenant and require access to Finance and Operations applications, review the Invalid users page.
- If any users are listed on this page, they are not registered as members or guests in the tenant. These users must be added to the Microsoft Entra ID tenant as guest users.
