What’s happening?
The customer requested to display a custom maintenance message when accessing a specific URL.
Reason:
The implementation of a custom maintenance message feature is not feasible due to current system limitations and priorities.
Resolution:
- It is recommended to use Lifecycle Services (LCS) to communicate with online users about scheduled downtime effectively.
- To do this, log in to your LCS account and follow the necessary steps to inform users about maintenance periods.
- Unfortunately, direct implementation of a custom maintenance message is not possible at this time.
