What’s happening?
After the service update to version 10.0.41, the transaction number format has changed unexpectedly, causing issues with BYOD and other external functionalities.
Reason:
This change in transaction number format is due to a new feature that was enabled by default starting with the service update version 10.0.41.
Resolution:
- The transaction IDs are meant for internal system use only.
- BYOD and other external functionalities will need to be updated to accommodate the new transaction number format.
