What’s happening?
Customers are unable to see the Tier 5 environment in the system after purchasing the subscription, despite the environment being assigned.
 

Reason:
This is caused by a prolonged synchronization delay of licenses between different systems, which can take between 4 to 7 business days to reflect changes.
 

Resolution:

  • Confirm that the Tier 5 environment has been assigned to the subscription.
  • Inform the customer that the synchronization process may take up to 7 business days and cannot be expedited.
  • If the environment does not appear after the specified time, advise the customer to check the Microsoft 365 admin center for visibility of the add-on.
  • Suggest the customer to provide a screenshot of the relevant section in the admin center if the issue persists.
  • If necessary, request a manual synchronization of the licenses from the internal team and inform the customer once it has been executed.
