What’s happening?
The "createddatetime" field of the "######JournalTrans" table displays the value {ALPHANUMERICPII} for all rows, regardless of the environment.

Reason:
This is likely due to customization, as there are null value issues related to the "######JournalTable" and "VendInvoiceInfoTable."

Resolution:

  • The customer reported that when they create a record in the "######JournalTable," the "createddatetime" field is null, which is consistent with the behavior observed in ASL.
  • During troubleshooting, it was confirmed that the customer is not using any custom code.
  • A Teams call was scheduled to further investigate the issue, and the customer was advised to review the steps followed to reproduce the issue, including checking the "createddatetime" column after inserting a new column and refreshing the table.
  • The customer was also guided to run queries to modify the "createddatetime" through Azure Synapse Link, which resulted in NULL values.
  • It was noted that the "modifieddatetime" field works correctly, indicating a specific issue with the "createddatetime" field.
