What’s happening?
Customers are encountering an error message in the Lifecycle Services (LCS) portal for Dynamics 365 stating, "The entitlements for this organization have expired." This issue is often accompanied by limited capabilities within LCS and the partner account not being recognized as a partner organization.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this may be related to internal Microsoft system changes that have affected the partner account status, resulting in the loss of entitlements. Additionally, the partner organization may not currently be associated with the Partner Business Center, or there may be a delay in reflecting changes after accepting the CSP agreement.
Resolution:
- Verify the status of the partner account in the Partner Business Center.
- Ensure that the CSP agreement has been accepted. If it has, allow some time for the changes to reflect in LCS.
- If the issue persists, escalate the matter to the CSP team for further assistance.
- For additional support, consider reaching out to the person who initially assisted with the setup or consult the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program documentation for guidance.
