What’s happening?
The customer is unable to display records in the new Asset Management V2 application when accessed via PowerApps. The application shows a blank screen, while the previous version of the application displays records correctly.


Reason:
The underlying cause of this is related to the support status of the Dynamics 365 mobile app and platform. The mobile app is no longer supported, and its components will be removed in a future update. The app has also been removed from app stores, although previously installed instances will continue to function.


Resolution:

  • Ensure that the Basic user role is assigned manually to access the application.
  • Verify that the user has the appropriate license to access the application.
