What’s happening?
The customer is facing an issue with two environments having the same name and is seeking guidance on how to retain the actual environment while removing the unwanted one.


Reason:
This arises when there are two environments with identical names, leading to confusion about which environment to delete.


Resolution:

  1. Request the following information from the customer:
  2. The Project ID.
  3. The Environment IDs of both environments, along with screenshots if possible.
  4. The Environment they would like to delete among the two.
  5. Once the necessary information is obtained, rename the environment that needs to be deleted to ensure clarity.
  6. Proceed to delete the renamed environment successfully.
