What’s happening?
The tax report is functioning properly only in the Tier 1 environment. In Tier 2 and above (UAT and PROD) environments, issues are observed both through the user interface and when directly querying the SQL database, resulting in blank reports.
 

Reason:
This is likely due to a multi-domain licensing configuration that is not compatible with the environments where the report fails to retrieve transactions.
 

Resolution:

  1. Confirm that the ISV license is enabled in the maintenance mode.
  2. Remove the package with the multi-domain license from the affected environments.
  3. Apply the package with the single-domain license, similar to what was done for the Tier 1 environment.
  4. Verify that the report functions correctly after the changes are made. If issues persist, further investigation may be required.
