What’s happening?
The customer is unable to open the Conventions form while configuring the Global Inventory Accounting module. An error message is displayed indicating that the principal is not authorized for the requested scopes.


Reason:
The customer does not have the required Supply Chain Management (SCM) license, which is necessary for the add-in according to the documentation.


Resolution:

  1. Confirm that the SCM license is indeed required for the Global Inventory Accounting add-in as stated in the documentation.
  2. If the license is required, communicate with the customer to obtain the necessary SCM license to proceed with the installation.
