What’s happening?
The printer is producing blank outputs when attempting to print using ZPL code, despite being able to print test samples successfully.
Reason:
This is related to the printer's inability to recognize the ZPL code, which may be due to a missing printer driver or incorrect printer configuration.
Resolution:
- The customer should verify if their printer can print ZPL.
- It was confirmed that the printer's driver was missing, and the supplier assisted in installing the necessary driver, which resolved the issue.
