What’s happening?
The customer wishes to change the connection of their Finance and Operations (FO) environment to a different Power Platform environment.


Reason:
The customer initially provided the wrong environment ID for the desired connection to the Power Platform environment.


Resolution:

  1. Unlink the current Power Platform environment from the Finance and Operations environment.
  2. After unlinking, the Setup button will be enabled for the customer to link their desired environment.
  3. Confirm with the customer if they are able to link the new environment successfully after the unlinking process is completed.
