What’s happening?
The "Enable Access" option is missing from the Maintain drop-down list, preventing users from obtaining read access to the production system for running scripts on the production database.
 

Reason:
The requested feature to enable access in the production environment is not available due to Microsoft policy. Users are only permitted to test features in the UAT environment.
 

Resolution:

  1. Confirm if the feature has been tested in the UAT environment.
  2. If confirmed, follow these steps:
  3. Refresh the UAT environment.
  4. Run the export to the Asset library in Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS).
  5. Download the database backup.
  6. Import the database and prepare it for use in a developer environment.
