What’s happening?
Customers would like to know how to remove or uninstall the Human Resource app from the dashboard in Dynamics 365 FO.
Reason:
The Human Resource app is automatically installed on the dashboard with the upgrade to version 10.0.41, and it is only visible to system admin users. The app may not be listed in the Dataverse environment for uninstallation.
Resolution:
To remove or hide the Human Resource app from the dashboard, follow these steps: 1. Right-click on the Human Resource app on the dashboard. 2. Select "Personalize." 3. Choose "Hide" to remove the app from the dashboard view.
If the app is not visible in the Dataverse environment, it may not have been installed yet, and the above personalization steps should still apply. If further assistance is needed, please contact support.
