Resolution:
- Compare the user's role in the affected environment with that in other environments where the buttons are enabled.
- Check the action menu items on the privilege/role to ensure they are correctly set for the user.
- Access the security diagnostics in the UI to list all roles and privileges being utilized in the environment.
